where are you looking for it?
download the .deb files for the kernel from the link below

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.30/

and install the debs by clicking them one by one.
or u can give this command in the terminal ( make sure to keep only these downloaded files in the folder)
$: sudo dpkg -i *.deb
